为对外展现济南十年来取得的成就，济南英文网特别推出“山东这十年•济南”主题策划。通过专题页面的形式，结合“山东这十年•济南”主题新闻发布会内容以及本地权威中文媒体素材，由中国日报网国际传播团队进行英文内容制作。

专题共设置“经济增长”“改革开放”“文化建设”“民生福祉”“区县发展”等五大板块，通过文字、图片、视频等多样化形式展示济南十年发展成就。

经济增长Economic growth

聚焦党的十八大以来，济南市在高质量经济发展、新旧动能转换、城市建设、产业发展等方面取得的一系列成就，打造引领黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的核心增长极，展现“强省会”新担当。

This part shows the achievements that Jinan has made in its high-quality economic development, the conversion of old into new drivers of growth, urban construction and industrial development since the 18th CPC National Congress – as well as its efforts to become the core growth pole of the Yellow River basin for ecological protection and high-quality development and to be a provincial powerhouse.

改革开放Opening up

济南市紧紧抓住黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略机遇，推动改革和发展深度融合、高效联动。该栏目聚焦济南新旧动能转换起步区、山东自贸试验区济南片区等平台建设发展，展示济南市在深化改革，推动外资外贸发展，打造黄河流域对外开放门户上取得的一系列成果。

During these years, Jinan firmly seized the major national strategic opportunity presented by the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin, to promote the deep integration and efficient linkage of reforms and development.

This part shows the development of Jinan's important platforms, such as the Jinan Start-up Area of Growth Drivers Transformation and the Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

It also displays the achievements Jinan has made in deepening its reforms, promoting the development of foreign investment and trade, and in opening the Yellow River basin up to the outside world.

文化建设Thriving culture

济南把文化建设作为推动发展的铸魂工程，大力培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。该栏目聚焦党的十八大以来，济南在推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展，提升城市文化软实力所做出的努力及一系列成果。

Jinan has taken cultural development as a main project to promote development and vigorously cultivates and practices core socialist values.

This part focuses on Jinan's efforts and a series of achievements in promoting the creative transformation and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture and in enhancing the city's cultural soft power since the 18th CPC National Congress.

民生福祉People's livelihoods

济南深入践行以人民为中心的发展思想，把保障和改善民生作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点。该栏目聚焦党的十八大以来，济南在公共服务、社会保障、生态环境等取得的一系列成就。

Jinan has vigorously practiced the concept of people-centered development and taken ensuring and improving people's livelihoods as the starting point and goal of all its work.

This part focuses on Jinan's achievements in public services, social security and the ecosystem and environment since the 18th CPC National Congress.

区县发展Districts & counties

围绕“勇当排头兵，建设强省会”喜迎二十大主题系列新闻发布会区县专场内容，发布12篇重点稿件，分别展现党的十八大以来济南市12区县创新发展新突破，推进构建“东强、西兴、南美、北起、中优”的城市发展新格局。

Centering on the news conferences for Jinan's districts and counties to welcome the 20th CPC National Congress, 12 key articles were released, respectively – showing the new breakthroughs in innovation and development of the dozen districts and counties in Jinan since the 18th CPC National Congress and promoting the construction of a new urban development pattern, with a "strong east, prosperous west, beautiful south, energized north and excellent center".
